Terms of service

Red Shield is a community for people who trade. We provide trading software (Expert Advisors and Indicators) for MetaTrader 4 and 5, courses, videos, a forum, and a partner programme.

We are not a broker, not a fund manager, and we never hold or manage your money. Your trading account is with a broker you chose yourself.

Trading Forex, CFDs, gold and other margined products carries a high level of risk and can cost you your entire investment.

All of our content, software, signals and training is educational. It is not investment advice and not a solicitation to buy or sell anything.

Backtest results and past performance do not guarantee future results.

Every trading decision is yours, and the outcome of it is yours alone.

Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and if you are unsure, speak to a licensed financial adviser.

One account per person, and keeping your password safe is your responsibility.

Do not share, lend, or sell access to your account.

What you tell us must be true, particularly the port numbers you register for a software licence.

Your user name cannot be changed once set, because it is tied to your history and to your forum posts.

We license the EAs and Indicators to you for personal use on the ports you have registered. The licence is not transferable.

Do not copy, distribute, resell, rent out, or reverse-engineer our software.

The software contacts our server to check its licence. Attempting to bypass or tamper with that check breaches these terms and is grounds for immediate suspension.

Licences expire. When one does, the software stops working until it is renewed.

All content is copyright Red Shield and licensed to you for your own learning only.

Do not record, download, distribute or republish it. Every video carries a watermark identifying the viewer, and views are logged.

You own what you post, and you are responsible for it.

No illegal content, harassment, spam, guaranteed-return investment offers, or harmful files.

Do not attach compiled EA files. They are programs that would run on the trading account of whoever loads them, and the system refuses them automatically.

We may remove anything that breaches these terms without notice.

If you join as a partner, commission is paid on terms agreed with you individually.

Do not advertise guaranteed profits, present yourself as an official representative of Red Shield, or promote in any misleading way.

Breaching this is grounds for ending your partner status and any commission outstanding.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly for account sharing, distributing our software, or circumventing the licence check.

You may close your own account at any time, understanding that your software licences end with it.

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will run without errors or interruption.

We are not liable for trading losses, whether they arise from how the software behaved, connection delays, a broker outage, or your own decisions.

Nothing here removes rights you hold under law that cannot be waived.

We may revise these terms from time to time. If anything material changes we will say so and update the date at the top.

These terms are governed by Thai law.
